FITNESS MANAGER – Oxford

Buzz Gym is hiring.

We’re looking for a passionate, energetic Fitness Manager to lead our fitness team and help create an outstanding experience for our members.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead, motivate and develop our Personal Trainers and fitness team

• Grow Personal Training performance and revenue

• Manage and develop our Group Exercise programme

• Build strong relationships with members

• Support membership growth, retention and club targets

• Organise fitness challenges, events and community activities

• Maintain high standards across the gym floor, studios and equipment

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about fitness and people

• Is confident leading and developing a team

• Has strong communication and coaching skills

• Can create an energetic and welcoming gym environment

• Wants to help members and fitness professionals achieve their goals
