Studio Manager – F45 Finsbury Park

We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded and people-focused Studio Manager to lead F45 Finsbury Park.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a genuine impact in a successful, independently owned fitness business.

We’re a close-knit, community-focused studio with a small-team, family feel. You’ll work directly with the local owner, have real influence over the business and become one of the recognisable faces of our studio.

What we’re really looking for

Sales and commercial growth are at the heart of this role.

We want someone who can demonstrate a proven track record of driving sales, growing revenue, converting leads and building strong customer relationships. You should be comfortable taking ownership of commercial performance, identifying opportunities and turning ideas into results.

Strong management and customer service experience are highly valued.

You’ll need the confidence to lead, motivate and develop a team, while delivering an exceptional member experience. We’re looking for someone personable, approachable and genuinely enthusiastic about getting to know people.

A hands-on, small-business mindset.

We’re not a large corporate operation where everyone stays within a narrowly defined job description. We’re a small, ambitious business where everyone gets stuck in, supports one another and takes pride in the studio’s success.

You’ll work closely with the owner, make decisions, solve problems and have a real voice in how the business develops.

An interest in AI and modern ways of working.

We’re ahead of many of our peers in using AI and technology to improve how our studios operate, market themselves and engage with customers.

You don’t need to be a developer or build software. But we’d love someone who already has some practical experience using AI, is comfortable learning new tools and is genuinely excited about the opportunities technology creates for small businesses.

Coaching responsibilities

You’ll coach approximately 8–12 hours per week, alongside your studio management responsibilities.

Previous group fitness coaching experience is highly desirable, and you’ll need the relevant qualifications. However, we’re happy to develop and train the right person who has the necessary foundations, enthusiasm and aptitude.

Coaching is an important part of the role, but we’re ultimately recruiting a commercially capable Studio Manager, not simply a great coach.
