About the Role:

As a Member Experience & Sales Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face of Snap Fitness, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members and potential customers. You’ll play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the gym, ensuring everything runs smoothly and providing top-tier service to everyone who walks through our doors. Key Responsibilities:

• Member & Guest Engagement: Welcome everyone who enters the gym, interact with members, and ensure their experience is second to none.
• Sales & Memberships: Conduct sales tours, make outbound sales calls, and support potential members on their fitness journey. Earn commission on every sale and watch your hard work pay off!
• Gym Maintenance: Keep the gym clean, safe, and fully operational, ensuring it’s always ready for our members to enjoy.
• Team Support: Assist management with tasks and projects to keep the club running at its best.
• Customer Care: Handle inquiries, answer calls, and manage the day-to-day administration at reception.

• Someone with 1 years sales experience or 1 years Gym experience
