Salary: Up to £35,000 (depending on experience) Plus Bonus Scheme

REGEN London is a luxury gym brand, blending conventional and hardcore training with upscale amenities such as towel service and massage guns. Independently owned and operated by experienced gym owners, we are part of a network of five gyms, including two REGEN London sites.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially focused General Gym Manager to take charge of REGEN London Streatham, one of the area's trendiest gyms. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with experience in the fitness industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing and sales plans to drive membership growth
• Effectively manage and lead a dynamic team
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a premium member experience
• Collaborate with the network management team for cohesive brand growth
• Implement strategies to enhance member retention and satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in fitness facility management
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development
• Commercially minded, with a track record of achieving business targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for health, fitness, and delivering exceptional customer service
