Key Responsibilities

• Lead group and one-on-one Pilates sessions, including reformer and equipment-based classes.
• Develop customized Pilates programs for clients focusing on strength, flexibility, rehabilitation, and postural correction.
• Work with clients requiring specialized care, such as post-surgery recovery, injury rehabilitation, or chronic pain management.
• Integrate physiotherapy knowledge into programs to provide corrective exercises and improve mobility and posture.
• Conduct educational sessions, empowering clients to understand their bodies and adopt healthier movement patterns.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to create holistic, individualized programs.
• Monitor and assess client progress, providing constructive feedback and modifications as needed.
• Demonstrate proper form and technique to ensure client safety and optimal results.
• Stay updated on the latest Pilates methods and incorporate them into client sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workout environment.
• Respect cultural sensitivities and adhere to local health, safety, and workplace policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certified Pilates Instructor with advanced qualifications in reformer, mat, and equipment-based Pilates.
• Background in Physiotherapy or rehabilitation-focused Pilates is essential (formal qualifications in physiotherapy are highly desirable).
• 3+ years of teaching group and private classes
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and injury prevention/rehabilitation techniques.
• Proven ability to adapt Pilates for all fitness levels, including beginners and advanced clients.
• Experience with clients recovering from surgery, injuries, or managing chronic conditions.
• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client education.
• Professionalism, discretion, and an understanding of local cultural norms, including dress codes and interaction etiquette.
• Willingness to work with a diverse and elite clientele.
• Must have or be willing to obtain work permits and comply with local labor laws.
