Your Role & ResponsibilitiesSales & Membership Growth

• Generate new membership leads for the club through outreach and community engagement.
• Manage new membership enquiries and drive conversion.
• Develop and implement corporate membership initiatives & referral programs.
• Ensure the team meets key performance indicators (KPIs) in sales & retention.

Club Operations & Member Experience

• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and fully operational gym environment.
• Oversee membership system accuracy, financial information, and retention strategies.
• Ensure exceptional customer service, fostering a strong community feel.

Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, train, and motivate staff to excel in sales and service.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and training to enhance team skills.
• Support Personal Trainers in growing their business for additional revenue streams.

Marketing & Community Engagement

• Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns using Anytime Fitness tools.
• Manage social media presence, promotions, and local business partnerships.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations and procedures.
