Role: Studio Manager

Salary: £35,000 base + uncapped bonus structure

Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Holiday: 28 days per annum

About the Role

As Studio Manager, you’ll be at the helm of the studio’s day-to-day operations — leading from the front with energy, strategy, and vision. You’ll be responsible for driving membership sales, developing your team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring your studio runs like a well-oiled machine.This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that calls for a confident leader who thrives on responsibility and takes pride in building high-performing teams and strong community-focused environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the studio’s operations and performance
• Lead, coach, and develop a motivated team of fitness professionals and front-of-house staff
• Drive membership growth through lead generation, sales performance, and member retention
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure high levels of member satisfaction
• Oversee studio social media accounts and local marketing campaigns
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics, using data to inform strategic decisions
• Ensure the studio environment is safe, clean, and well-maintained
• Recruit, onboard and manage new hires in line with brand standards
• Support company-wide initiatives and act as a brand ambassador in the local community

What We’re Looking For

• Proven management experience in the fitness, wellness, or hospitality sector
• A passion for health and fitness, with strong business and commercial awareness
• Natural leader with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop teams
• Confident and capable sales approach with a strong conversion record
• Excellent communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills
• Strong social media and marketing know-how
• High level of organisation, self-motivation, and accountability
• First Aid certification and good working knowledge of health & safety standards
