Health & Wellbeing Manager for a BRAND NEW CLUB

We’re supporting the launch of a brand-new studio concept in Woking and are looking for a Health & Wellbeing Manager to bring it to life. If you’ve got the energy, ambition, and the vision to lead from the front in a hands-on role, this is your moment.

The Role

You’ll be the driving force behind everything that happens in this new health and wellbeing space. From pre-sale campaigns and day-to-day operations to member engagement, session delivery and community building you’ll be at the heart of it all.

• Lead on the studios sales and pre-sales
• Deliver high-quality wellness sessions alongside your team of wellbeing coaches
• Oversee studio operations, ensuring best-in-class service and a vibrant, supportive community
• Bring a full-circle health approach to the studio: from fitness and MSK to nutrition, recovery, and social wellbeing
• Manage budgets and performance KPIs, and support the wider brand as it scales

About You

• Degree-qualified in Sports Science (this is essential)
• Experienced in fitness, but with a broader passion for full-spectrum health
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on and comfortable with rolling up your sleeves
• Commercially minded and confident managing KPIs, sales and targets
• A natural leader who thrives in dynamic, purpose-led environments
