Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Shifts and 1 weekend a month)

Salary: up to £37,000 (Full time, Pro Rata'd for Part Time) Competitive + Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Carrying out a variety of maintenance tasks – from minor plumbing and electrical fixes to painting and general repairs
• Responding swiftly to maintenance requests and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
• Helping to keep our buildings and grounds in top condition
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and meets health & safety requirements
• Working closely with a supportive team who appreciate your skills and effort

What We’re Looking For:

• A basic knowledge of general repairs – plumbing, electrics, DIY, or general handiwork
• Someone with a positive attitude who takes pride in their work
• Ability to work independently but also happy collaborating with others
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Previous maintenance or facilities experience is a bonus – but not essential
