Your Mission

As a 4 The Love of Barre instructor, you'll be more than a coach — you’ll be a motivator, a guide, and a positive force. You’ll lead fun, challenging, and beautifully flowing barre classes that leave our members feeling stronger, taller, and more confident — inside and out.

What You’ll Do

• 💪 Lead empowering barre classes for groups of up to 20 people
• 🎶 Create a welcoming, upbeat environment where movement meets motivation
• 🧘‍♀️ Deliver full sequences with clear demonstrations, breathwork, and mindful stretches
• ✅ Help members improve technique, posture, and alignment safely
• 🧼 Prepare the space before and after sessions to maintain a professional and calm studio vibe
• 🌟 Be an ambassador for the 4 The Love of Barre brand – high energy, high standards, and full of heart

What You Bring

• ✅ Barre Certification (essential)
• ✅ Pilates or ETM Qualification (essential)
• ✅ Public Liability Insurance (minimum £2 million)
• ✅ Availability for mornings, evenings, and weekends
