We are recruiting for a sector leading fitness brand who have gyms all over the UK and they are looking for an Assistant Gym Manager role for their club in Tooting. This is a very hands-on management role within the fitness industry and encompasses many areas that can be covered in more detail when you connect with one of our fitness recruitment team. However, the key responsibilities are:

• Sales Management - Lead generation and monitoring the leads through the sales funnel, creating and delivering a monthly sales planner for each month ahead.
• Community & Outreach – Support in raising the club’s local profile through engagement initiatives such as events, partnerships, and wellness activities, aimed at driving awareness and participation. Ownership of social media content.
• Team Leadership – Assist in managing and motivating a team to achieve key performance goals, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure consistent performance and development.
• Brand & Operational Excellence – Help maintain high operational standards while ensuring the brand’s values and energy are consistently reflected in the environment and experience offered to clients or members. Ensuring a smooth running of class timetables.
