Regional Sales Exec
Up to £30k basic plus bonus
This is a field based role that will cover predominately the London and surrounding counties area
**regular travel is required and candidates must have a UK driving license and access to their own transport**
Our client is bringing a game changing product to the UK market after seeing huge success in Europe. The company has revolutionised in-gym options on sports nutrition, allowing consumers to properly fuel with top of the range product and their gym's to offer an additional service to their members and give the ability to increase club income. Already with a strong footprint in the UK market, we now have an opportunity for a passionate and results-driven Regional Sales Exec to join the team. This role is responsible for developing and managing commercial client relationships, driving sales, and expanding market share. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain lasting partnerships with gyms, health clubs, and other fitness facilities.
Key responsibilities of this exciting new job in fitness:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the fitness industry, including commercial gyms, boutique facilities, hospitality business - adopting a real hunter mentality
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored quotes and solutions
- Become a product expert and able to answer any potential queries and explain to prospective customers why this is a great solution for them
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments
- Meet and exceed sales targets/ KPIs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
About the ideal candidate:
- B2B sales/ business development, fitness industry experience is preferred but not essential
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A real self-starter and highly proactive in approach
- Ability to travel regularly for client meetings (you will be on the road 3-4 days a week with this role and must have a full UK drivers license and access to your own transport
- Passion for fitness and knowledge of fitness nutrition is a plus.
