💼 The Role
Are you a strategic thinker with a creative spark? Do you thrive on building brands and delivering real commercial impact? Our client is on the lookout for a Brand & Commercial Manager to join their dynamic Marketing team.

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead on brand development, drive commercial success, and work cross-functionally to bring inclusive and engaging campaigns to life. You’ll be the driving force behind strategy, storytelling, and sales performance – helping to shape the future of the brand.

What you'll be doing:
✅ Develop and lead innovative brand strategies that inspire
✅ Analyse trends and performance data to support smart decisions
✅ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver unified messaging
✅ Create campaigns that connect with communities and drive results
✅ Represent the brand at key events and meetings
✅ Make sure everything reflects our client’s values: trust, service & inclusivity

You’ll report to the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager, as part of the wider Business Development team.

You're a commercially minded marketer with flair, strategy and heart. You bring a passion for brand building and a genuine interest in health, fitness and community wellbeing.
