Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of an exceptional, five-star member and guest experience across all touch points.
• Oversee daily operations, aligning performance with the highest standards of service and presentation.
• Achieve ambitious sales, growth, retention, and revenue targets.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver excellence at every level.
• Drive premium marketing, events, and promotional initiatives that elevate the facility’s brand and reputation.
• Maintain world-class standards in service, compliance, and safety.
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial targets are met.

About You:

• Experienced in senior or regional management, ideally within high-end facilities, hospitality, health, or leisure.
• A proven leader with strong commercial acumen and a track record of achieving and exceeding financial goals.
• Skilled at building strong, collaborative teams and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Polished, professional, and confident with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passionate about health, fitness, and wellness, with the ability to inspire both teams and members.
• Holds a current CPR & First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Business-related tertiary qualifications are desirable.
