Wellbeing Instructor
Role: Wellbeing Instructor
Salary: $2,500 per month, accommodation, flights, food & laundry included.
Carlie Barlow Health & Wellbeing are searching for a Wellbeing Instructor to join the team in a very exciting position, responsible for the successful delivery of holistic wellbeing classes and events on-board an industry-leading cruise ship. MSC Cruises are committed to delivering industry-leading classes and events, raising the standard of wellbeing content in the travel sector.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Instructing holistic classes and wellbeing events to guests with varying abilities
• Providing support to the operation whilst reviewing feedback and coordinating the schedule.
• Work alongside our team to help create, grow, and deliver health and wellbeing products for passengers - Monitors class insights, using feedback to drive a culture of improvement.
• Continuously evaluate processes and procedures and update when and where necessary to achieve
maximum efficiencies.
• Support the development of wellbeing concepts and ideas to help form a proposal for our clients,
specialising in wellbeing experiences.
• Liaise with client representatives and the team on-site to optimise content delivery.
Qualifications and Skills required:
- Technical qualifications that can be applied to the role e.g.: Yoga, Meditation, Pilates, Breathwork, Sound
Therapy
• Proven track record in teaching holistic disciplines to a high standard
• Strong managerial skills
• Ability to demonstrate previous client and team management
• Experience in multi-tasking projects
• Ability to problem-solve
• Language skills are desirable
• IT skills such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or MAC proficient

Experience Required:
- Minimum of three year’s experience in the Health & Fitness sector
• Minimum of three year’s management experience
• Experience in the travel sector is desirable
