Who We’re Looking For

We need a true people leader, someone who can inspire a team and create an energetic, positive atmosphere that members can feel the second they walk in.

Must-haves:

• Level 3 qualified 
• Experience managing a team or leading from the front
• A natural coach and mentor – you uplift others around you
• Strong commercial awareness – you understand performance metrics and how to move them
• Confident delivering fitness products and driving member engagement

This isn’t a “behind the desk” type of role. We’re looking for someone who’s visible, active, and on the floor with their team. If you are an Assistant Manager or Fitness Manager looking for the next step then this is the job for you.
