We are seeking energised and passionate group fitness instructors to join a premium fitness and wellness studio new to Riyadh this November. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a launch team for an international brand where classes are more than just workouts — they are transformative experiences designed to empower both body and mind. This company are already well established and have 2 sites in Dubai.

About the Role

As a full-time instructor, you will deliver exceptional group classes, connect meaningfully with clients, and play a key role in shaping the culture and experience of this brand-new studio. This is a role for those who want to inspire, motivate, and create experiences that leave a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality group fitness classes with energy, precision, and care.
• Build strong connections with clients, understanding their goals and guiding them on their journey.
• Maintain an engaging, inclusive, and professional class environment.
• Prepare and adapt class plans for different fitness levels while staying true to the studio’s ethos.
• Support a collaborative, team-oriented culture.

Requirements

• Level 3 Personal Training certification (or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year experience as a group fitness trainer.
• Preferred: prior experience in Pilates or Lagree Method.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism, reliability, and flexibility (including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays).

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 16,250 SAR per month for 15 committed classes per week.
• Commission Structure:
  • Weekday Classes: 250 SAR + 20 SAR per client (over 50% capacity).
  • Weekend Classes: 250 SAR + 30 SAR per client (over 50% capacity).
• Personal Training Opportunities: Instructors may offer PT sessions and receive 70% of the PT rate.
• Additional Benefits: Relocation allowance, housing allowance, travel allowance, and ongoing professional development.
• Opportunities to travel and teach across other international studios within the network.
