New Business & Account Manager (South) - Leisure Software

£35-40k basic, £70k+ OTE, £5k car allowance

South of England, hybrid/field based

We are working with a leading provider of digital solutions to the leisure and wellness sector, supporting gyms, sports centres, swimming pools and community facilities with cutting-edge software that enhances service delivery and operational efficiency.

As New Business & Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing market presence across the South. This is a varied role combining new client acquisition, account management, and tender leadership, suited to someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Drive new business through prospecting, networking, and events

• Deliver engaging product presentations and tailored proposals

• Lead and contribute to tender submissions alongside the Bid Manager

• Manage and grow existing client relationships, spotting upsell opportunities

• Represent the brand at industry events, building strong market presence

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years in B2B sales or account management (software/SaaS or leisure sector desirable)

• Track record of hitting targets and closing deals

• Strong experience with tenders and bids

• Consultative approach with excellent presentation skills

• Proactive, organised, and comfortable working autonomously across a region
