Studio Manager in North London - BRAND NEW Boutique Fitness Studio

This fantastic fitness job comes with a basic of: £35,000–£40,000 (experience dependent) + performance bonus

My client is an exciting new Reformer Pilates studio bringing a fresh approach to movement, strength, and wellbeing. The studio blends expert-led classes with a welcoming, high-performance culture. About the role:

As Studio Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the studio — overseeing operations, leading the team, and ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives on variety and wants to shape the culture of a brand-new space.

You’ll take ownership of:

• Operations – running the daily studio flow, managing equipment, health & safety, and suppliers.

• People – recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and supporting instructors and front-of-house.

• Client Experience – welcoming clients, resolving queries, and driving retention through personal touches.

• Commercials – monitoring performance KPIs, reporting to the owner, and driving membership growth.

• Leadership – setting the tone, embodying the brand, and acting as the owner’s right hand.

A bit about you:

• Experience in studio, fitness, or hospitality management.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• A natural leader who inspires teams and creates a great client culture.

• Commercially minded, with confidence in reporting, KPIs, and business growth.
