About the Role
Do you love helping people smash their fitness goals? Are you at your best when coaching 1-to-1 and giving members the support they need to succeed?

We’re looking for a Personal Trainer to join the team at Anytime Fitness. This role gives you the opportunity to deliver tailored coaching sessions while building strong relationships with members and supporting their fitness journeys.

You may also have the opportunity to take on Membership Advisor hours, guiding prospective members through the joining process, promoting services, and helping retain our community. It’s a chance to grow your career by combining fitness expertise with sales and customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised training programs tailored to members’ goals
• Conduct fitness consultations and assessments
• Retain and grow your PT client base through ongoing support
• Inspire leads to become long-term clients and members
• Assist with membership sales, renewals, and upgrades when required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment
• Build positive relationships to boost member engagement and retention
• Confidently represent the club on social media and during outreach activities
• Support promotions, campaigns, and member events

What We’re Looking For

• Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification (required)
• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (preferred)
• Experience delivering 1-to-1 training or small-group coaching
• Sales or membership experience (1 year preferred)
• Friendly, approachable, and naturally motivating personality
• Excellent customer service skills and a true passion for fitness
• Comfortable using digital tools (iPads, laptops, Microsoft Office, fitness apps)
• Professional, adaptable, and confident online and in person
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis
