New Business & Key Account Manager - Fitness Equipment
Leisure & Fitness Solutions – UK (field-based, travel required and full UK driving license is a must)
£45k base salary plus £6k car allowance + strong OTE circa £75k
Our client is a household name in the fitness equipment world and we now have a fantastic opportunity to join the team. We're on the hunt for a commercially sharp New Business & Key Account Manager to win and grow strategic accounts across the UK. You’ll own a set of target key accounts, build senior relationships, and deliver against revenue, margin and activity KPIs while representing a leading brand in the sector.
About this exciting role:
Hit targets: Deliver agreed revenue, margin and KPI goals across your assigned key accounts.
Grow relationships: Develop and maintain strong networks with prospects, customers and strategic partners to create pipeline.
Plan & report: Share market/competitor insight, shape an annual sales plan, and keep CRM activity, pipeline and forecasting accurate.
Present & train: Deliver engaging product presentations and regular staff training on product use and benefits across customer sites.
Own delivery touchpoints: Attend and support customer installations you’ve sold; assist other key account installs when needed.
Represent the brand: Attend internal sales meetings, industry events, trade shows and product launches; maintain a professional presence (incl. social).
Stay current: Keep product knowledge and e-learning up to date.
What you’ll bring
Proven B2B sales / account management success, with strong presentation and stakeholder skills.
You must be coming from a fitness/ leisure industry background either currently working in equipment sales OR similar products/ value and be very familiar with target customer base.
Organised, KPI-driven and self-motivated; excellent time management and personal planning.
Territory credibility: Existing network/understanding of the sector and local decision makers; based within territory.
Collaborative mindset: Team player who supports colleagues and shares best practice.
