Role: Gym and Spa Duty Manager 

Location: East London 

Pay: £13.85 p/h + personal training 

Hours: Part time - Mon-Sun

We are seeking a polished and proactive Duty Manager to join our team at a prestigious residential development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury spa environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service and wellness experiences to our residents.

As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Gym and Spa, including opening and closing the facility, delivering group exercise classes, personal training sessions, and other wellness services. You’ll be a key presence on-site, ensuring every resident feels welcomed, supported, and inspired during their time on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and their guests
• Foster a vibrant and inclusive community within the Gym and Spa
• Oversee daily operations and ensure the spa maintains the highest standards
• Collaborate with the wider estate team to enhance the overall resident experience
• Provide personal training sessions aligned with site performance targets

Requirements:

• REPs Level 3 qualification (Level 2 may be considered)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience in luxury spa, gym, or hospitality environments

Desirable Attributes:

• First Aid and Pool Safety qualifications
• Proven experience in high-end wellness or hospitality settings
