An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new leisure and family entertainment site in Gloucester. This is a rare chance to take ownership of a brand-new operation, working closely with the business owner to shape the team, culture, and customer experience from day one.

The Role
As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the site’s operations and commercial performance. You will lead from the front, motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and compliance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the successful opening and ongoing management of the site
- Recruiting, developing, and leading a motivated team, including Assistant Managers and front-line staff
- Driving business performance and revenue through effective planning and commercial initiatives
- Ensuring health, safety, and operational standards are consistently met
- Building strong community and corporate links to establish the site in the local area

- Experience in General Management within leisure, hospitality, or family entertainment
- Proven success in opening and developing new sites (preferred)
