Clip ‘n Climb, the global leader in fun, action-packed climbing experiences, is opening a brand-new flagship venue – and it’s going to be our most exciting yet. Alongside our iconic climbing arena, this venue will also feature Play Den, our brand-new destination soft play concept, plus the South Ridge Café – all under one roof.

It’s vibrant. It’s energetic. It’s all about unforgettable family fun.
And we’re building an incredible Climb Crew to bring it all to life.

🎉 What’s It Like to Be Part of the Climb Crew?

No two shifts are ever the same! As a Climb Crew member, you’ll be right in the middle of the action, creating amazing moments and high-energy experiences for guests of all ages.

You’ll be:

• 🧗‍♂️ Leading and supervising climbing sessions, helping guests feel confident, safe, and excited

• 🛝 Creating fun, engaging experiences in Play Den, especially for younger climbers and families

• ☕ Serving food and drinks in the South Ridge Café with a warm, upbeat attitude

• 🎂 Hosting birthday parties, group bookings, and special events

• ⭐ Supporting day-to-day venue operations and keeping everything running smoothly

• ✅ Maintaining excellent standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer service

🧗 No Climbing Experience? No Problem!

Never climbed before? That’s totally fine!
You don’t need any climbing experience to join us – we’ll provide full training from day one.
