Their debut site offers a large space offering a competitive court number, cafe offering, corporate hire space and their own unique take and stamp on the huge craze that is padel

This would suit a hungry deputy manager looking for their next step up as equally as an existing GM or equivalent looking for a new challenge. There is huge potential to grow with the business as they do!

An overview of this hugely exciting new role:

Lead and motivate your team across FOH and coaching

Offer best in show customer experience, always with the 'family first' mentality

Drive commercial performance through court occupancy, cafe revenue and corporate/ partnership bookings and sponsorships

Oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency and high standards

About you:

1-3+ years’ leadership experience in hospitality, leisure, or lifestyle venues at HOD level or above

A people-first leader who thrives on connection and team energy

Someone who is hands-on and wanting to be in a customer facing/ roll your sleeves up environment working alongside the founders to achieve success

A background in sports/ fitness is not a pre-requisite for this role but a passion for it is a must!

Flexibility to work every other weekend
