Partnership Manager – Corporate, Hospitality & Residential

Circa £45k basic + strong OTE (c. £45k) + car allowance or company car

Remote role requiring travel.

Our client is a market-leading specialist in the design, build and delivery of premium fitness and wellness spaces and are looking to bring on partnership manager to expand their footprint in the corporate, hospitality and high-end residential developments market

We are looking for partnership managers who are well connected in the space who are looking to make a real impact in a company as they go through tremendous growth.

This is a true partnership-led commercial role

Responsibilites

• Growing and deepening existing relationships with major property and asset management

• Unlocking growth that hasn’t yet been realised simply due to time and bandwidth

• Driving new business across corporate offices, hospitality groups and residential developments

• Acting as the sector expert internally — educating the wider team, sharing insight, contacts and best practice

• Playing a visible role in shaping how the business operates

This is a role with autonomy, trust and influence from day one.

What we're looking for

• Come from corporate, hospitality or residential development

• Have a little black book and a strong, credible network in this world

• Understand how deals are done across consultants, developers, asset managers and operators

• Are comfortable opening doors, nurturing long-term partnerships and adding real value

• Want to build something properly, not just inherit a job title

Location is flexible. Most projects are London, Manchester and Birmingham — but for the right person with the ability and willingness to travel, geography isn’t a blocker.
