We’re working with a standout fitness brand delivering large scale experiential events that combine training, music, community, and culture. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced events professional who knows how to deliver high quality fitness events at scale and thrives in fast paced, live environments.

This is a hands on role with full ownership of event delivery. From planning and logistics through to on site execution and post event review, you’ll be responsible for making sure every event runs safely, smoothly, and delivers a great experience for participants.

The Role

• You’ll lead the end to end delivery of large scale fitness events.This includes planning, logistics, supplier management, and on site operations. You’ll build detailed event plans, manage production schedules, and oversee staffing models.

• You’ll own the participant journey from registration to post event engagement, working with talent, DJs, presenters, and partners to create engaging, well run events.

• Health and safety will sit firmly in your remit. You’ll manage risk assessments, safety frameworks, crowd flow, and on site delivery, remaining calm and solutions focused in live environments.

• You’ll own event budgets, cost control, and forecasting. You’ll work closely with commercial teams to integrate sponsors and partners into events, while tracking attendance and financial performance.

• You’ll recruit, manage, and lead coaches, crew, contractors, and event staff. You’ll set clear expectations, manage rotas, and help create a professional, high performing delivery team.

• You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure every event is consistent, well executed, and on brand.

• You’ll lead post event debriefs, report on performance, and apply learnings to continuously improve future events.

About You

• Proven experience delivering large scale or mass participation fitness events.

• Operationally strong, organised, and confident managing multiple workstreams at once.

• Have a solid understanding of health and safety, risk management, and crowd control.

• Commercially aware and comfortable managing budgets and suppliers.

• Calm under pressure and confident making decisions in live environments.

• Have a genuine passion for fitness, events, and community led experiences.
