Membership Advisor / Personal Trainer
📍 Location: Hayling Island
⏰ Hours: Part-time (flexible)

Are you confident, motivated, and passionate about fitness? We’re looking for a Membership Advisor to join our friendly team at Anytime Fitness Hayling Island.

This is a customer-facing role perfect for someone with a strong sales mindset who thrives on building relationships and delivering an outstanding member experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective members, helping them discover the benefits of joining our community, while also supporting existing members on their fitness journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engaging with prospective members and confidently promoting membership options

• Following up on enquiries and leads to convert them into memberships

• Delivering exceptional customer service and handling member queries professionally

• Making and taking phone calls with new and existing members

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment

About You

• Previous sales experience preferred

• A confident communicator with a proactive, people-first attitude

• Passionate about fitness and building strong member relationships

• Comfortable working towards targets and earning commission

• Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification preferred (but not essential)

✨ Bonus Opportunity:
If you’re Level 3 Personal Trainer qualified, there’s an excellent opportunity to build your own PT business with access to a solid, established membership base.

Schedule

• Flexible part-time hours (to be discussed)

• Rotating shifts, including some weekends

Pay & Benefits

• £25,000–£26,000 (full-time equivalent, pro rata) + OTE

• Commission paid on every sale
