Front of House & Membership Sales

Hours: 16–20 hours per week (minimum)

Equipped with state-of-the-art fitness equipment and technology, Fitness Space is results-driven and people-focused. We’re by our members’ side at every step of their fitness journey, supported by dedicated coaches and an intuitive app that keeps them connected inside and outside the gym.

This is a part-time Front of House and Membership Sales role that combines member service, administration, and sales support into one varied and rewarding position.

You will be responsible for:

• Greeting every member and guest warmly, confidently, and professionally

• Handling membership enquiries, booking tours, and following up with leads

• Delivering a seamless front desk experience, including check-ins, messages, payments, and basic administration

• Supporting new members through their first visits and helping them feel part of the Fitness Space community

• Keeping the gym clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times

• Taking ownership of daily tasks and staying proactive during quieter periods

• Contributing to the energy, standards, and culture of the club alongside the wider team

We’re looking for someone reliable, switched-on, and confident under pressure. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have experience in customer-facing roles (fitness, retail, hospitality, or sales)

• Communicate clearly and naturally in person, over the phone, and via messaging

• Remain calm, composed, and solution-focused when things get busy or don’t go to plan

• Feel confident following up leads, asking the right questions, and explaining membership options

• Are naturally organised and comfortable balancing admin tasks with people-facing responsibilities

• Understand what makes a premium gym experience stand out and want to help deliver it
