Sales Advisor - Leading Fitness Education Brand

This is a remote working role but applicants must be based in the UK

£32-37k (experience dependant) plus strong and uncapped OTE

At our company, a leading fitness education provider, we are dedicated to shaping the next generation of health professionals. We are currently looking for a Sales Advisor to join our growing team and help guide prospective learners toward their dream careers.

As this is a remote-working role, you will have the flexibility to work from home, provided you are based in the UK. If you have a "black belt" in telesales and a genuine love for the fitness industry, we want to hear from you.

A bit about this exciting new job in fitness:

This isn't just about making sales; it’s about career-defining conversations. You will be the first point of contact for individuals who have expressed interest in our courses, helping them navigate their path to becoming qualified professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Conversion: Respond to inbound enquiries and contact prospective learners via phone, email, and CRM systems

• Expert Guidance: Provide tailored advice on a wide range of qualifications, including Personal Training, Gym Instructor, Sports Massage, and Pilates

• Relationship Building: Support prospective students through the entire enrolment process, building trust and maintaining accurate records in our CRM

• Target Achievement: Work towards monthly sales targets and performance KPIs with the reward of uncapped commission

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with learner support and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey

A bit about you:

We are looking for a character with great energy and a "people-first" mentality. Because Pilates education is a major growth area for our business, we are particularly keen to hear from candidates with a passion for the discipline—whether through personal practice or teaching experience (although this is a *nice to have* and not a pre-requisite to apply!)

What You’ll Need:

• Telesales Excellence: Proven experience in sales, customer service, or education enrolment is essential

• Fitness Enthusiast: A genuine passion for the health and wellbeing industry

• Pilates Interest: A strong interest or experience in Pilates (teaching or personal practice is highly desirable)

• Communication Skills: Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to understand and meet customer needs

• Growth Mindset: A highly organised individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and hitting KPIs

Desirable Experience:

• Fitness industry qualifications (Level 2 Gym, Level 3 PT, or Pilates)

• Experience selling training programmes or education courses

• Knowledge of fitness industry career pathways
