This is an exciting opportunity to move into your first leadership role as a Spa Manager. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional treatments but also eager to develop your leadership skills, drive performance, and take ownership of a spa operation, this role is designed for you.

This isn’t just a Spa Manager position it’s a genuine development opportunity. You’ll be supported as you transition from senior therapist to leader, gaining hands-on experience managing a team, driving revenue, and influencing the success of the spa.

The Role

You’ll lead from the front, combining hands-on treatment work with team leadership and commercial responsibility.

You will:

• Support, motivate, and develop a team of therapists to deliver outstanding service

• Spend around 50% of your time delivering treatment, keeping your passion at the core

• Learn how to drive revenue through repeat business, retail, and upselling

• Take ownership of the spa’s performance and customer experience

• Work closely with the wider leisure centre management team

About You

This role is perfect for someone ready to step up and grow into management.

You’ll likely be:

• A Senior Spa/Beauty Therapist with NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)

• Already mentoring or supporting junior team members

• Commercially aware, with confidence in recommending and selling treatments/products

• Organised, people-focused, and eager to learn

• Ready to take on more responsibility and build a long-term career in spa management
