We are a fast-paced, high-growth leisure hospitality brand delivering dynamic, experience-led venues across the UK. With a strong presence along the South Coast and exciting expansion plans, we’re looking for an experienced Area Manager to take ownership of a growing portfolio of sites.

The Role
This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role where you’ll oversee a portfolio of venues, ensuring each one delivers exceptional guest experiences while achieving strong commercial results.
You’ll work closely with your General Managers to build high-performing teams, maintain operational excellence, and elevate every aspect of the guest journey.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Leading, developing and inspiring General Managers across your region
Driving performance across all revenue streams, including food, beverage and experiences
Ensuring consistent delivery of brand standards and operational excellence
Using data and insight to identify opportunities and improve performance
Building strong, engaged teams with a clear focus on development and succession
Supporting new site openings and business growth initiatives
Acting as a key link between operations and central support functions
About You
Proven multi-site experience within leisure or hospitality
A strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering results
Passionate about guest experience and premium service standards
A confident, credible leader who develops and retains great people
Highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable operating at pace
Flexible and willing to travel across the South
