Option 1: Partnership Recruitment

Partnership Recruitment Fee
Lifeguard + Swim teachers = £1300 plus VAT
Management roles with Salary Upto 28K = £2250 plus VAT
Salary Above 28K: 13 % of the basic salary
This is our preferred way of working. In this approach, we work as your exclusive recruitment partner. We are here at every step of the process and the team and I will ensure no stone if left unturned in our recruitment process. The following is included
- Working closely with you to design a detailed brief of the ideal candidate for each role
- Site visits to understand the facility and culture in more detail. We are your recruitment partners and it's important for you to act/behave as an extension of your business.
- Headhunting and approaching the best candidates in the market place. This is on Linkedin, Indeed, Reed, CV-Library, Love Recruitment database
- Running comprehensive campaigns on all the major job-boards and social media
- All candidates will be screened + interviewed before being presented to you
- Full recruitment support
- Fee is payable only if we place the candidate
- 3 month placement guarantee
Option 2: Contingency Recruitment
Contingency Recruitment
Fee: 15 % of the basic salary
In this option, we work on all vacancies on a contingency basis. We are working on a non-exclusive basis and you may engage other agencies. Our process remains the same.

Post placement support
Here at Love Recruitment, we don't believe that our work ends once the candidate has accepted the job. We have a comprehensive process to ensure that the candidate is happy and has a long and productive career with our clients. Here is what we do
- Call 2-3 days before the candidate starts to ensure they have everything and are excited
- 30 day call/teams 'sense-check' catch-up. It is important to understand how the candidate is getting on and ascertain if they have any concerns at this stage
- 90 day call to check-in
This method has proved to improve staff retention and we will work very closely with you to ensure to ensure you have all the information/feedback at every step of the process.
Terms: Some additional details
Payment Terms: 30 days from date of invoice
Invoice Date: On candidate's start date
Placement guarantee
100 % refund if the candidate leaves in Month 1
50 % refund if the candidate leaves in Month 2
25 % refund if the candidate leaves in Month 3
Or a free replacement if the candidate leaves in the first 3 months.
Consultancy - Sales team + strategy research
You mentioned your desire to understand the best practices from similar size business from a sales perspective.
Youy want to understand the structure of the following topics to learn best practice
- Sales Structures in Leisure trusts from a people perspective
- Salaries of each sales role in the organisation (head office + site level)
- Key responsibilities/JDs of the Sales roles at site
- Software’s companies use to manage this
- Source of generation of leads
My recommendation would be to have a minimum 3 comparison companies (ideally 5) for this and the price we should pitch this at is £1000 plus VAT per comparison company.
