A Partnership led recruitment approach
A partnership led recruitment approach is a method which will see us become your outsourced recruitment partners. We will look after all your support office vacancies and will have a very similar relationship to the LA Fitness contract in that we will advertise under your branding and will deal with all applications.
The account will be headed up directly by myself and I will work on all senior and strategic vacancies.
Due to the exclusivity of the relationship and the reduced risk to us, we are able to offer reduced rates which are highlighted below.
Cost
Roles above 100 K = £10,000 plus VAT
Roles between £60k -£100K = £6000 plus VAT
Roles between £40k-60k = £4500 plus VAT
Roles under £40k = £3750 plus VAT
Additional Details
The cost savings above are possible and will be subject to the following terms:
- We are your exclusive recruitment agency for Support Office and we will promote this throughout the network and on social media.
- We will not be competing against direct applications and will be the exclusive source of candidates (besides staff referrals and direct approaches).
- We will advertise under your branding when appropriate and will act as your in house recruiter.

- Time saving for internal teams to focus on franchisees and other business critical projects. Our recruitment process includes video interviews which have the ability to replace 1st stage interviews.
